Kid continues to blow up and get more interest. Already has double digit offers.

Georgia and Oklahoma St both requested film on him as well. A solid showing in Dallas this weekend could garner a few more offers.

Putting together a mixtape of him from Boo Williams now.

I seen this kid couple times last year and was really impressed with him. Had a pretty nice 360 dunk in the regional tournament against Powell County last year

I think he has 14 official offers now.

He has really slimmed down over the summer as well. Playing in the EYBL is really helping develop his game.

How is his quickness? Is he quick enough to play the 3 at the D1 level?

I would say no but I need to watch him a few more times.

I agree. He has a solid mid range game and is very strong and explosive, but not sure he has the lateral quckness to defend smaller, quicker players. He did a solid job on Rashad Vaughn though when Travelers played Wisconsin Playground, so you never know.

If he gets to 6'9, he could be a very good 4 at the D1 level.

I think this would be his best bet. I know that's not exactly something he can control, but if he gets to the 6'8"-6'10" range...he's a big time PF prospect.

Do you really think the kid is going to grow more? I think he is maxed out. The kid is strong, has a nice outside shot, has a quick first step and can leap out of the gym. He plays much taller than he is. Strong legs and uses his body well. He put on a dunking exhibition at the Jr. Ky All star tryouts. All the kids just stopped and watched him go at it. Windmills, 360's and even placed a kid under the hoop and dunked over him. I have videos if I could only figure out how to upload from my phone to this site. The kid is the real deal. I saw him early in the year and he was sadly out of shape. At the tryouts he was in great shape. He will be up for player of the year next year.

Try the Forum Runner app. I upload pictures from my phone with that app. I think videos would work also but I have never tried.

I'm not downing the kid at all. I want to watch him a little more before I give a firm opinion. Dunking is great but the original question was: does the kid have the quickness play the 3 at the D1 level - to beat defenders off the dribble on the wing and is he quick enough to defend the wing at the D1 level.

Sorry, did not intend to sound as if you were downing the kid. I mentioned the dunking only as part of the other attributes he possesses. To your point, not sure if he has the complete quickness as a 3. I haven't seen him match up in that spot. I think he can play the 4 at the D1 level. Kinda reminds me of a Barkley style player at times. Plays bigger than he is. But as mentioned has a nice shot so he could present match up issues if he has the speed needed at the 3.

I'm looking forward to seeing him in action this summer and next season :thumb:
