Kentucky Recruiting 2014

Agreed but you know that there is always a few idiots around that will be calling for Stoops job if he doesn't win big within 2-3 years. I, within a few years just would like to see going to a better bowl than the 6 win toilet/loser bowls that they have been. I personally would rather not go to a bowl with 6 wins, maybe even 7 wins is too few but 6 for sure. 6 win bowl games are imo a special kind of stupid, rewarding mediocrity for me anyway doesn't cut it.

I would be more than happy with a 7 win bowl game. Brooks proved it could be done, UK was on the way to being a pretty decent program then it went in the toilet over night. I'm hoping Stoops can ressurect to at least those types of bowl games with the chance to have 8-9 wins every three or four seasons. The way I see it, if South Carolina can win the SEC East, then Kentucky could potentially. Now is the time to do it with Florida not really being Florida, and Georgia not really being Georgia. If those programs stay down a couple of more seasons Kentucky may have a chance. I realize Florida made it to an SEC championship game last season, but that Florida still isn't the Gators of old.

This is probably a 4-win maybe 5-win season IMO.

7 wins and he's COY.

I can see 4-5 wins next couple of seasons. Then I think we may start to see some 7+ win seasons, hopefully. If Brooks can do it Stoops would have to be able to considering how well he's recruited. If the development is on par with the recruiting, look out.

My 7-win comment pertains only to 2013.

I know I was just saying in the long run. But I'm with you, 7 wins next season and he's National COY not just SEC.

A lot of excitement around the program and the state, rightfully so though. Stoops and Co, especially Marrow, have really given UK fans something to cheer for.

Hopefully it translates onto the field and these players develop to their full potential.

UK will win 4-5 next season and could have an outside chance at 6 wins. If they get to 6 wins they'll go to a bowl and make it 7.

4* OL and Urban Meyer commit Marcelys Jones is visiting UK on June 11th.

Jones is refuting this, although I know some around the program are keeping their eye on him. We will see what happens.

Guess we'll know around the 11th.

ND has offered Darius West and word of Ohio State interest has surfaced.

Si... That's why he's taken a step back. Good ball player.

Ole Miss as well. Dad wants him to check them all.

Didn't see but did Barker make it to the Elite11 finals?
