Mother Nature has now forced the All "A" softball tourney into a single elimination tourney. Gallatin Co. vs St. Henry in about an hour.

Lost to Livingston Central and Green County, 2-0 and 13-2, I think. Two pretty good teams. Green County can hit.

Reidland is pretty strong. Only gave up one run the entire tourney. Their toughest game was Livingston Central. I think Edmondson's pitcher might just have been gassed by the title game. She had a real battle against Holy Cross two games before.

Strong isa right, they should rename this thing the Reidland Invatational. Reidland began play in this 4 years ago for the first time and they have never lost the tourney. That is amazing domination

Reiland won state several years ago so it sounds like they are a very good team.

And they are very young as well. Green County won it last year. I think they graduated their pitcher but they can still play and thump it.

No I was addressing Mayfield who said Reidland has won all a every year.

Imagine the powerhouse that may be created when Heath, Lone Oak and Reidland combine next year into McCracken High School.

 

Heard they will announce as soon as State is over who the coach will be.

 

That's going to be a challenge bringing three highly talented teams together; who to keep, who to cut, who to play, who to coach, but man, it could really turn out to be something big.
