April 28, 201313 yr Author Well the last UL prospect was supposed to replace Brett Favre.. Maybe we should let them get there and see how it goes first. Teddy Bridgewater is better than Brian Brohm. I agree on waiting, but I feel that Teddy will have a much better Pro career.

So that game in 2 years ND may have a chance to win. I am willing to bet that the Cards will be fine at the QB spot. Teddy is what they needed to turn the program around. The other parts of the puzzle that has been put and will continue to be put in place will help the new QB when he leaves.

With the way ND has been recruiting and the current stock of talent I would bet the house on ND to win that game and most likely cover the large spread that will be placed on the game.

I'll be shocked if it is a large spread and I honestly expect UL to win.

April 30, 201313 yr This is outstanding on so many levels! It infuriates me that Louisville was even in a BCS bowl game with the pathetic schedule they had last year. I'm pumped for them to get into the ACC and at least play some decent teams. Geographically Lvill/ND isn't a bad drive. Will be a fun game!! 1. Same could be said for ND and the championship game last season. 2. UL more than validated themselves in New Orleans. Any anger about UL being in a BCS bowl game has to be laughed at considering the results of that game.

If your are a U of L than good for you, but ND is going in one direction and once Bridgewater is gone UL will still be a good program but will not be able to compete with the top teams in the country. You can bet with Golson being in his senior year and Notre Dame steadily improving the talent on this team that ND will be one of the top teams in the country.
