I was just informed that we have 492 career victories in school history. I'm looking forward to celebrating 500 this season!

 

500 will certainly be a major milestone, I wonder how many other schools football programs in our area have 500 or more wins ? I would think that Ashland and Russell would be ones that would. Do you know of any others? Anyway, looking at the schedule ...."if" (and with our schedule its a big if) the Rams are unbeaten then the possible milestone 500 would be the 8th game would be another tough one.......Fairview. :sssh: :popcorn:

There are 16 Varsity Teams, and 12 Jr. Varsity (I think). There will also be a "Big Man Challenge" for the linemen. Off the top of my head:

Raceland

Russell

Greenup County

Boyd County

Ashland

East Carter

West Carter

Portsmouth West

Betsy Layne

Rowan County

Bath County

That is correct, I know Raceland and Ashland have two teams. And, I am sure I have left some teams out.

I'm pretty sure Ashland is not playing in the tourney this weekend, may be wrong but I think you can count them out

You may be right, but they have came to this event at least the last five years and has committed two teams for this year's event. If something has changed they have not contacted Raceland to cancel.

Ashland is not coming..

 

I believe Fleming will be there, and last year Johnson Central was there..

Regardless of who is there, I am excited to see some competition and hear some whistles.
