I remember when Dixies Sphomores where Freshman they beat SK by 30 or 40.

 

 

I remember when we beat the '88 freshman champs, in a shutout. We won four games our junior and senior seasons. In reality it means little.

Campbell has had several qbs better in the past.

The 2nd team is coming in with a lot of hype and raw athleticism but it is unproven on the big stage of Friday Nights!

 

My prediction is the experience of the first team will only take them so far. The talent of the second team will start off slow because of their lack of experience. But by the time districts roll around they will have it all figured out. In the end it will be the younger group coming out on top in 2013 and playing for the 'ship in BG!!

 

The younger group did not play well at the freshman level. Thats all I ment to say. Maybe they got better.

Noway Campbell wins it with a Sophomore QB who is unproven.

I am still cracking up at all the people that said SK would go back to being an average team after Simpson and Lawrence graduated. Looks like they was wrong!

Didn't the Camels win the District last year? :confused:

 

And who won the one that counted, in the last game ever at CCMS in the regional Semi's? SK.

Not at all Lickert can coach and Thompson couldn't..

You have to be kidding, Lickert has won 2 playoff games in 9 years. Thompson got his team to the state semi finals at least twice in that same span. Steve will be lucky to have Rick's post season success when he retires from coaching.

Against teams in your own class you were 500 maybe? I checked and I can't even say they've been average. I didn't remember how awful they were two years ago. So in that time frame they're not even average, now are they?

Lickert has done a good job at Campbell. Keep in mind that that team STRUGGLED until they made the move to Tyler at QB vs. SK 2 years ago. Elite talent can dominate this district....look at the history. All the way back to Alexander, Simpson, Lawrence, Elliot, Durham.

Agreed but now that Tyler is gone where do the Camels go? Do they pick up where they left off or do they go back to struggling without the elite talent on offense?
