I know none of the first five starters are better on ball defenders than Dixon....they give up 60 plus every game, Zimmerman on the jv team may be better.....Smith and Dixon should play more than Felts..Felts is a great role player but the other two bring you good D and Smith is a better shooter...

Just for the record Dixon didn't have any turnovers in that game.. and barely ever has any... this kid deserves more varsity because look what he can do.. he is easily the best on ball defender in the program and one of the quickest. He can handle the ball, maybe not to the capability of sharp, which is why he plays over dixon. Dixon creates the plays.. he doesn't score because he doesnt shoot. Smith seems like a good shooter because he gets points but he shoots it everytime he touches it. I believe someone in his family has that affect on him. But Dixon racks up the assists and IMO is better and should be playing more than FELTS, but not miller.

We had this discussion before about Dixon. He hasn't been starting JV and get's no time at the varsity level.

 

Sharp plays over Dixon because he is the better player by quite a bit in every phase of the game.

 

Felts has proven who is the better player between him and Dixon.

 

Let's let this subject come to an end. It is going nowhere.

:laugh: You have not been watching the same games I have. He has more tournover than assists and is definitely not a better player than felts. If you feel so strongely about this why don't you ask Coach Gray who his best player is.

Thats for sure, too many parents on here trashing other kids to try and make their kid look better.To make commits about someone being the best on ball defender on the entire team and does'nt even start Jv is crazy.
