It is the same as 2011..BUT not 100% sure. 1 to 3 2 to 4 3 to 1 4 to 2 5 to 6 6 to 11 7 to 8 8 to 10 9 to 16 10 to 7 11 to 12 12 to 5 13 to 15 14 to 13 15 to 14 16 to 9 May not be exact but I think this is close...
