I still like Scott. It will be real close. Howard gives the eagles the edge. Hard with some of the usuals, but Howard will win this one for the eagles.

As long as Howard isn't inelgible, Scott will beat CC if they play like they did against boone. You can keep anyone out of Scotts lineup but as long it isnt, Howard he gives the eagles the best chance to win.

They are inelgible from thrusdays game. I believe it is a 100% that they won't be playing. It is 2 of the starters to. I know that for sure. Won't say names, you will see thrusday.

Are Scott folks happy with Coach Carr? I've heard from people that his handling/dealing with kids lacks something to be desired. I couldnt pick him out of a crowd and know nothing about him other than that.

Carr is definitaly tougher and more vocal than past Scott coaches have been, but considering the success they've had up to this point I don't see how they could be unhappy. I would say Scott Eagles have overachieved this year.

I'm not questioning winning. That didn't come up in the converstion I had with someone.

I think they needed that though. He needed to reestablish so toughness in that team. They probably have overachieved, and I don't think they are done yet!!

I think winning and losing have a lot to do with how happy people are with a coach.... Carr's style is one that some kids are going to love and some are going to hate, so I don't think that you could say that all the Scott folks are happy or unhappy, but the fact that they're overachieving would lead me to believe that most people would be happier than not.

He's definately an "in-your-face" coach, and a kid better be ready to take some heat if he doesn't do what he's told. Some kids respond to that and some back off or quit. It seems to be working at the moment, plus he's got some outstanding assistants who will help the program (and him) if he lets them!!

Good post BG you hit the head on the nail....what alot of folks dont see is what goes on beyond the court and it counts alot more there than on the court. :thumb:

I really would like to see Scott win this game, but I don't think its gonna happen.
