Of course Hillary is on every channel today. She is just as important as Manti and Lance. However, you still wont get much about the Algeria mess. Oh, but that must be because Obama killed Osama and all the terrorist are gone now. :lol: The fact that the same terrorist that were involved with the Benghazi matter are now also involved in the Algeria hostage mess is minor. I mean really "what does it really matter", REALLY?

I agree with your outrage and I align with you politically when it comes to this whole mess. Our handling of the whole issue is a disgrace.

And she also met with all those families individually to express her regret and sorrow for the outcome of the incident and attended the funerals as well if I am not mistaken. Once again I believe context is important and the great divide becomes visible again. The insinuation that Hillary Clinton does not or did not care about those families affected by the incident is wrong. I understand exactly what she is saying. People's minds are made about this situation. Noone is on the fence and noone will be swayed by her testimony or anything else said by anyone. It is what it is. Based on the information that Hillary Clinton has given I have a hard time believing anyone would have done any differently from they did. Based on the information the anti-Obama administration people have they feel the exact opposite and believe they should all burn in hell. Who is right? I sure can't tell. I do know 4 people died when they didn't have to and the facts surrounding their deaths will be debated until we are all dead. Now what?

I am aware of the context & am not of the opinion that Clinton lacks remorse for those who perished (and their loved ones). I just believe it was a very flippant & insensitive thing to use the words she did. Everything about this situation is important because of lives lost.

 

She followed it up by saying what she should have said to start with--something to the nature of focusing effort & resources on finding the people responsible & bringing them to justice.

I can roll with that. I can see the perception of her words being insensitive but the majority of the people who are killing her for saying it are treating those words like she has no remorse and I couldn't disagree more with that sentiment.

I didn't watch all of her testimony but I thought she handled herself well when I was watching her.

 

I didn't see her crying but it doesn't affect me that she did. Nothing easy about this situation at all. I'd probably feel like crying too.
