So he really is dumber than I thought. I thought that was impossible considering he fell in love with a girl he never even saw on FaceTime.

It is like the teammates said, and Te'o confirmed, this was just a chick that he met on the internet and not an exclusive type of chick. Where he messed this up is sitting back and playing along as the media played this out as a "once in a lifetime" romance. He then elaborated on the story. So, even if he believed that this had been a real person, and she was just a good friend that he spoke w often, but never met, he still used her death to his advantage. That is not good.
