I do double leg jump, single, alternating and then usually a double unders to finish up. No way I could do triples with the rope I'm using now, I'd end up in a knot. The floor I do it on at the gym doesn't help either it's more like a rubber material than a hardwood.

The 2 I was trying to think of are rpmrope.com and crossrope.com

I'm very intrigued by rpm ropes, I've nothing but good stuff about them but haven't tried one. As far as speed ropes go they are a little pricey but look to be worth it.

Cross rope is also intriguing because you can buy different weight cables for training purposes. They have a quick change feature and I have also heard good things about these. They are the most expensive of the all the ones I've listed.

If you're just lookin for something simple and not too pricey then I would recommend jumpnrope

For the first 8 weeks of the year I am working conditioning and form work to reset my body. My four days of main lifts via 5/3/1 (I went back to my training max from September) and am doing my assistance lifts in the Escalating Density Training style. I've tried it once before. It definitely makes you tired.

Good luck, FKW!

I will be at my daughter's swim meet all day, packed in like sardines at Scott HS.

Thank you. I had fun, improved all my times, and managed to snag a few top 3's.

Thank you. Trying to learn flip turns right now so hopefully I can cut some more time before the next one I do.

How was your daughter's meet?

Small wins that translated to huge wins in motivation. She dropped 2 sec off her fly and breaststoke. Now she can't wait to get to the pool!

That's awesome. I know exactly what you mean about those being motivation to get in the pool.
