Cov Cath is not as good as Scott Co, St X, JHardin, WCentral.. The only reason they get the credit they do is because they play Highlands somewhat close, but, not really.. They should play them close..Most of them have grown up playing them since elementary school.. They know them better than any other team does and they're a rivalry game.. Didn't Conner beat them and didn't Franklin Co beat Conner and didn't Cooper beat Franklin Co? So, there are other teams that can make a legit case for being as good or better than CCath.. Not saying CCath isn't a good team, just that I feel they get more credit than they deserve simply because they play Highlands closer than some of the other teams do, but, then, when you compare a score not in there favor, they get the benefit of the doubt for a bad game.. It's crazy..

I don't argue that. I believe that they were better than Scott Co, but not JH or St. X.

Best team not in the finals, regardless of class? Then Cov Cath is 3rd or 4th in that discussion.

 

Best team not in the finals, considering the class they're in? CovCath would be the best 4A team not in the finals and I would say they would be 2nd overall in 4A. CCH would beat LexCath and Collins.

CCH probably does win 4A with no Highlands, that doesn't mean they are the best team in the entire state that didn't make the finals. The question wasn't who was th eebest 4A team not in the finals.

 

Remember also we are talking about this year, not 3 years down the road nor 3 years ago.
