November 27, 201213 yr Saw this on Facebook, and couldn't agree more. And it got me to thinking...I can live without Twinkies...life without bacon would be bleak. What else would make life seem less enjoyable? For me, potatoes, bacon, cheese, chocolate, pasta, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, butter, bread, coffee, red wine, green beans and asparagus.

November 27, 201213 yr Author Are we talking food and drink only? My life revolves around food and drink, so that's what I thought of. You are free to put anything else you like, though.
November 27, 201213 yr While I would miss Bacon(Man I would miss it)...Hamburger/Ground Beef and all of the things I make out of it would be the one thing that I could not give up.
November 27, 201213 yr Non food related, but material related...I would most definitely struggle if I had to live without my turntables and records.
November 27, 201213 yr I couldn't/wouldn't want to live without "The Boss" as without her, I would be lost! I was very lucky that she said yes so many, many years ago to my proposal of marriage as she has given me more love, joy and happiness than any one other thing/person in my life! Indeed without "The Boss" there wouldn't be my daughter, and there wouldn't be the memories of 42 years of laying next to her each night, knowing that with her next to me, my world no matter what was going on be it good or bad, was in perfect order, just because she was there with me!

Reading your post made me realize two things. 1). "The boss" reads BGP.... 2). You've probably done something wrong within the last 48 hrs....
November 27, 201213 yr Reading your post made me realize two things. 1). "The boss" reads BGP.... 2). You've probably done something wrong within the last 48 hrs.... Actually no and no! While she reads me my stats sheets to post on BGP's and she might post some of the Freshmen Regional Tournament scores while I am at CovCath working the games, she thinks BGP's is a waste of time! Sorry Guru!
November 27, 201213 yr Not to be all sappy, but my wife and kids. Nearly everything I do revolves around them, and I couldn't imagine it any other way.
November 27, 201213 yr If we're talking food and drink, it's seafood for me. Steamed blue crabs. Pan-seared sea scallops. Oysters - fried, raw, scalloped - even in those tins with cottonseed oil. Sushi. Broiled fish, baked fish, fried fish, salmon croquettes. Fried clams. Shrimp scampi. Lobster. I love it all. I recently had a seafood dish at Melini Cucina that had littleneck clams, mussels, shrimp, big chunks of garlic. It was just about perfect. But bacon is pretty high on the list as well.
November 27, 201213 yr Oatmeal?:lol::lol: I wasn't even thinking of that. I was thinking of cereal, as in Frosted Mini Wheats, Count Chocula, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, etc. Again, not the typical "Randy" answer. I think I'm starting to confuse people.
