To take that kind of a hit from Brady Thacker and still be able to get up says he is tough.

Great season for the Bearcats. NC was a measuring stick for the program. New Cath is one of the elite programs in the state. Still a lot of work to be done. The kids from Walton have nothing to be ashamed of. This group of Walton seniors has been here since this program was not involved in district play. They are the forefathers of the program. The Bearcats have quite a few skill players coming back next season. Hopefully they will work hard this off season and see where they stand against the Breds this time next season.

I would say he is done for the year. The freshman, Smith, is doing a more than capable job filling in.

That's good to hear. I just wonder if nerves kick in on someone that young and inexperienced? I guess we will Friday night.

Bearcat fans have every right to be proud of their season. They have accomplished very much in just 5 seasons and I expect even more from them in the future.

Heard he was in full practice gear today. Still not sure about status for this weekend. Team cheered him on when he got onto practice field. Classy move.

The only thing i didn't like about the Lattamore brothers was at the beginning of the second half the team was huddled around the coachs, and they were along the fence talking to people in the stands
