Nope, just a cheap ploy to get NRA-type voters out to the polls. No one's right to hunt or fish is in danger. It's a solution without a problem, kind of like the voter fraud bills.

Probably NRA. They're the worst pro-gun lobbying organization in the business. If they'd quit compromising on legislation and giving bad politicians 'A' ratings they'd accomplish more.

Not in KY. It takes a constitutional convention, or a proposal of either house, which then needs at least 60% of each chamber.

Awesome. Explains how few there are. So no votes on expanded gambling, hemp, legalized and/or medicinal marijuana. But an amendment on something that isn't an issue at all?

I'm voting No just in spite. Its pointless and meaningless. The issues you bring up FKYW would be worth voting for.

I actually just talked to some of my "hunting" friends and they are voting No. Apparantly it gives anyone the right to hunt on others property without permission?

I find this hard to believe.

I don't think that's true. I didn't get that from what I read. That being said, I'm tempted to vote no out of spite, too, for the reasons FKY outlined.

I thought about abstaining from voting for it as I see it as a waste of time...

Can you explain that one alittle more than that? Anyone walks on our property uninvited and they may end up being hunted themselves.
