Empire Strikes Back (1980) 4. Psyco (1960) 3. Se7en (1995) 2. The 6th Sense 1. The Usual Suspects IMO Soylent Green is a horrible movie, but all of the rest are great movies. Maybe it's just me, but I don't remember walking away shocked at the end of Empire Strikes Back. A couple of movies that I liked that had a twist ending were Presumed Inocent, Primal Fear, and Secret Window. Any others out there??

October 30, 201213 yr The last 3 on the list. Usual Suspects is one of my favorites, and I was completely fooled by Sixth Sense, which scared the daylights out of me.
