Should be some good games.

If I may ask, who is Kelsey Sorrell?

Read post 1.

Wow Highlands plays Ludlow tough match up. :D

:irked:Ludlow is going to be better than a lot of people think this year. Coach Hart has the program going in the right direction and has some talent. I look for them to give Highlands a good game.

Agreed. Nice jr class. Ignore the riffraff.

I was talking about Highlands having a tough game seeing how they duck SK! :D

You need to stay off the Hoops boards as well man. If you have followed basketball at all you know that Ludlow has a very good group of Juniors and an excellent Head Coach. I wouldnt be surprised if Ludlow gets the best of the Birds at this point considering 8 kids will still be in a football uniform at that time.

Highlands will be severely shorthanded playing mostly sophomores/freshman along with a few Sr's who only play hoops.

This is actually the best matchup for the Birds considering their lack of experience.

Witte is the only player with any VArsity experience in the gym right now. One of the downfalls when you have a football team that just keeps winning state championships and extending their season into December.

Not playing in this scrimmage who would be major factors- Luke Turner, Drew Houliston, Nick True, Brandon Hergott, Brian Greene, Jenson Feggins. Others who would get nice minutes likely Brockett and Weyer.

I must have hit a nerve? :D

Just helping inform you man.

It's just frustrating as a parent of a Hoops only player to have to deal with this in the pre-season EVERY year.

Basketball is such a skilled sport that you need atleast 30 days of practice to get your legs and muscle memory in tact and the Birds will not be anywhere close to this until January.

Maybe Basketball only kids should look to play ball elsewhere? Or do they already? :idunno:

Actually Simon Kenton changed their original game. SK's coach heard PLD joined late and wanted to play them. So get your facts straight nobody is ducking your school.

You must not be familiar with UK#1 and his 'methods'

I'm very familiar with them. He's a clown and loves to hear himself talk. I just know the facts on this actual statement. Don't worry I've read his outlandish SK football posts all year.
