How far will they go in the playoffs?

I don't expect to see coach Thompson back next year. Too much losing for a school that used to pride itself on football. Now they are behind Ryle, Cooper And Conner.

 

Coach Lickert is getting the most out of Durham. The Camels will go as far until they run into somebody to stop Durham.

I don't care how you evaluate 'talent,' I've been watching this Campbell Co. team all weekend and they do things to give defenses BIG problems! That qb may not be prototypical, but he is a BEAR to prepare for. The receivers and DBs are just plain sound and seem to do things exactly as a coach would draw up (that is a HUGE thing when talking about teenage kids).

 

Physical up front too. And they don't seem to be like most good teams who do well in spurts but do things that beat themselves.

 

Honestly, maybe they wouldn't win against some teams if it were some kind of combine or something, but I'm not seeing really ANY weaknesses in this team. My bet is if they played some of the teams that beat them early on, the result would be different. As I watched them, I just kept thinking, wow, what a game to have to play right before the playoffs.

Boone went to the Final four last year.

People I was not bashing anyone on this team. My son is friends with Tyler and his teammate. I was just trying to get the other kids a little lover. I understand that without Tyler things would be a lot tougher this year. Tyler is a stud plain and simple and has told my son more than once how great he played. Sorry if I offended anyone but if you would have read my post completely I wasn't getting on him at all. He deserves everything that he gets.

Play 4 quarters every game and they have a great chance in my opinion. The key is they cannot come out like they did against Dixie and SK and expect to win when it comes to the playoffs.
