That was hilarious! She got just what she deserved and more!

Incidentally... not the worst beating someone took in Cleveland this week. I'm looking at you, Marvin Lewis.

If true, from the looks of it, it will be quite the BGP reunion.

How do you figure?

He was attacked.

I believe the driver said she spit on him. Not too much worse you can do to someone IMO.

Wasn't her stop yet. She had 4 more blocks.

:lol::lol::lol:

I have no idea how she wasn't knocked out.

All I did was watch it and I felt like I was almost knocked out!

He was attacked.

It wasn't self defense for 1.

2. He is a common carrier. They are held to a higher standard of decorum.

If she spit on him he most certainly was attacked. I'd rather be punched in the mouth then spit on.

She spit on him and physically hit him. Not sure what more you need for proof that she inititated the attack and he was defending himself.

As to #2, that has no merit. If she had attacked him with a knife, is he still supposed to hold himself to a higher standard? How was he to know that she didn't have a weapon?

He, at the time, wasn't in fear or apprehension of being struck again. He was no longer in danger. That is why it is not self defense, IMO. She did whatever and then stepped back. He stopped the bus and could have kicked her off. He had a second to collect himself and think out his plan of action.

#2 has merit. That is the law. He was not attacked by a knife or a continuosly punched.

She got blasted and earned it. Don't act like an idiot and bad things rarely happen.
