I disagree with much of this. Morgan and Levitch are the best players. Even if you are biased against them Simon should be ranked between 1 and 3. Henry County is in the top 10, possibly top 7. The kid that moved in from Detroit for Collins is a top 10 player, I think his name is Smith.

If there's 10 better players in the 8th region than Walton Verona's Tanner Moeves, then it's loaded!

 

I played against Moeves this summer and the kid is pretty good. He'll be the main option this season so we'll see what he brings to the table.

Did he move in last year or over the summer?

 

He played toward the end of the season for Collins, averaged about 5ppg. Definitely not a top 10 player but is very athletic. They have 3 players better than him, probably why they are picked to win the 8th. I have heard that 2 good guards for them have moved to Shelby County?
