Congrats to the Jags. Way to bounce back. I heard is was 14-0 late in 2nd and SO completed long TD pass. With 22 seconds left Cooper was throwing for some reason and a pick 6 happened to tie score at half. Cooper scored midway in 4th and held on. I heard Morris played whole game which is huge.

Can anyone give us a complete rundown of the scoring?

Yes. Cooper went up 14-0 on 2 TD runs by AJ Collins. Late in the 2nd qtr S Oldham drove and connected on about a 40 yard pass play for a TD.

2nd half, well let me put it this way, the officiating was very questionable at best but Coooper didn't let that stop them. So Oldham scored first in the 2nd half to tie it up. Cooper then dominated the time of possesion the rest of the game even after a questtionable fumble on the 1 yard line which stopped a scoring drive. Cooper held So Oldham again and marched down field for the winning TD with a Tyler Morris run.

Good game and I will add also that the So Oldham fans showed a lot of class. It was their Homecoming and even though they lost they still were very kind afterwards.

Cooper's defense really played well against a team that has scored over 40 on a regular basis this year.

I watched this game online and I have to agree...The penalty difference was substantial..

Was not a pick 6 but I dont know what coach was thinking . Up 14 - 0 and 1:30 on the clock and they throw the ball . IMO you run the clock out and go to the half with a 14 - 0 lead .

Next time I miss the game I will have to get my updates from you :) My other source led me the wrong way as I still have the text confirming what I wrote. As long as the win was correct!!!

Unfortunately it wasn't just the penalties either that made the officiating so bad. 2 incomplete passes called complete for SO started the nightmarish night for those officials, and the topper for the night was the fumble they called on AJ Collins on the 1 yard line. AJ ran to the 1 and was stood up by about 3 defenders, lieterally stood up lol. The whitle wasn't blown to stop the play as the defenders held him up until litterally all 11 defenders got in the scrum ripping at the ball and no less than 7 seconds later....7 seconds...as they are holding him up ripping at the ball they finally ggrab the ball out of his hands and the refs call it a fumble. It was pretty sad. I also never seen so many block in the back calls that weren't on a punt of kickoff. Of ccourse they were all against the visiting team lol. But it was great to see Cooper nott giving up at all and still against the odds they had to face last night were able to dominate the way they did.

What this game did was show me what a good Coach Borchers is. He didn't let the team get down after the way the defense opened last weeks game with and kept them believing in themselves that you simply move on and take care of business in the up comming week. He simply had the team believing they were going to win this week and his defense once again stepped up to the challenge.

I will also say although the numbers weren't gawdy or anything, AJ Collins had his finest game in my book since he's been playing at Cooper. With the weather changing like it did he knew the game was basically put on his shoulders on the offensive side of the ball and he had the attitude that they would not lose no matter what. Some of the toughest running I've seen from him since his HS career started. Everyone knew he wa getting the ball and he did nothing to dissapoint. He broke more tackles after the initial hits than I've seen in a long time on just about every run. Those precious yards were huge. Even with the ball with just over a minute left in the game the entire SO defense knew he was getting the ball on 1st down and 2nd down and he was still able to muscle ahead for another first down to put the final nail in the coffin. He as outstanding to watch last night.
