I think Cameron Fogle(Conner) should be in the discussion for Mr. Football.

Watched him his whole life. He's got talent but NOT JQ talent. Not even close. You'll never convince football people that they are close to even. JQ is elite talent. He can play on Sunday. Would love to see Cameron play big time but don't see it happening. JMO.

 

By the way, who was the last receiver in the area with a star QB with good speed? Tyler Cohorn. Great football player. Could do it all. However, not elite. You have to be elite to play big time nowadays.

Just a little guy? By far one of the most ridiculous statements I've ever seen on this site. You cannot dispute the #s. If 6 feet 200 pounds is small, then I am the next president of the United States. His size is right in line with his position at the D1 level. Look up any roster for any college in America. He is just as big or bigger than most at his positions. Oh and not to mention equally as fast.

You clearly have not watched him play his whole life.. I can say that with confidence if you truly believe he is not elite. Either that or you are clueless as to what an elite athlete looks like.

Goose was not nearly as fast as Cameron. He had great hands and ran tremendous routes, but the speed wasn't top end. FYI, 6' 194 is plenty big enough play WR, RB, or DB in college, even at the elite level. Even starting to see a lot of LBs in the 6'-6'1 size, as colleges move to speed vs size.

So you've watched him his whole life? Sounds like the Bandit has some personal issues. JMO Probably only seen Quick when they played Ryle.

Let's put it this way I'd like to have both of them on my team any day.

Really good player. I do think he can play at a big school. He is big enough and he is fast enough. He isn't going to get any serious consideration for Mr. Football.

What exactly are the qualifications for Mr. Football? Is it "most talent?" Is it most valuable? Or is it the stats? I don't think anyone is arguing JQ is most talented, but most valuable or stats? Fogle should have a case.

He's not going to win Mr Football - that's already done.

 

However, he needs to be in the "others listed" list. Kid is exciting.

 

EKU needs to get on this kid.

If Ozzie Sheehan can walk on at UK then Fogle could get some D-1 offers simply due to his 194lb frame to go along with speed. College teams will find a place for him on the field.

Most coaches look at a kids size and athletic ability and what they can turn the kid into. E.G Miles Simpson. Great running back at SK and he is playing safety and line backer at UK. Fogle has all the tools, size, heart, mind and attitude to play at the D1 level. The kid is that good.
