Someone told me they where contacted by Henry County's AD, asking him about possibly coming up to Henry County to interview for the head coaching position. Of course this guy maybe blowing smoke, but just what I have been told. It would make sense if Henry County's head coach would go to North Oldham.

Any names on the applicants? I think Lonnie Oldham was @ South @ one point.

 

No he never coached at South Oldham.

I heard it will be narrowed down to 3 and interviews will take place from there.

Who are the three? I know they met on Thursday to discuss who they wanted to interview.

Isn't Billy Martin's wife the girls' basketball coach at North. He would be a good pick after doing a nice job at Henry County

Heard tonight from a reliable source that Billy Martin will be the new coach @ North Oldham.The same person said that Henry County was leaning torward the coach @ Western Hills or an assistant from Pikeville...so he was told...aww...the plot thickens. Has anyone else heard anything of the like?

I haven't heard anything along those lines in Frankfort 44, are you talking about Engstrand from Western Hills?

I hear its Martin's Job if he wants it.

Martin would be a good choice. He has gotten Henry County moving in the right direction. He could possibly do the same at North oldham.

By waiting this long all they are doing is hurting themselves.
