My wife witnessed attack attempt on young jogger at Sawyer Point Park on Cincinnati R

On occasion I will carry a tactical knife but never a gun. I haven't carried a concealed gun in ten years or more even though I have the ability to do so.

I know this sounds silly, but if I have to be that hyper-vigilant while I am exercising I will find another place to go.

Sounds like you might though.

Nah...

Hope you don't take a knife to a gunfight.

Dude, if someone is going to attack me down there then no one is safe.

Step dad is the exact same way, he said he carried for 27 years and he just doesn't feel like it most of the time now. With that said mom always has her Walter PPS so they're usually covered one way or another.

I'm glad to hear that your wife and the other girl is safe.

The word must be out Q. I was down there yesterday (it was beautiful) and I would estimate 75% less females than normal. Additionally, there was a uniform police presence (one of them even skull you know whated me) and I think one plain cloths copper.

Interesting... I have never carried a concealed gun for my own safety. I carry it with the thought, I may need to use it to protect others.

Agreed, I'm not a huge guy or any thing but I don't think I have target written on my back either. When I carry it's usually in case something happens and I happen to be there. Perhaps that's because I'm not a confrontational person and don't feel I make a great target but I feel the same way as what you explained.
