My grandma had powder blue toilet paper in her powder blue bathroom as far back as I can remember. She died about 22 years ago, and I don't know that I've seen the stuff anywhere since.

 

Mine has pink. She has pink tile, walls, towels, shower curtain, and toilet seat. She also always bought pink toilet paper. She was all excited the other day because my cousin found her a new pink toilet seat. When my daughter was a little younger, she used to love her bathroom.

Wonder if that comes with colored TP?

Mine has pink. She has pink tile, walls, towels, shower curtain, and toilet seat. She also always bought pink toilet paper. She was all excited the other day because my cousin found her a new pink toilet seat. When my daughter was a little younger, she used to love her bathroom.

 

So it sounds like our grandmas had similar style. My grandma's bathroom was powder blue, top to bottom. She even had a toilet with powder blue colored porcelain. And her powder blue toilet seat was one of those vinyl padded seats...I hated that thing. :lol:

She has always had the padded seat. The new one is bright pink, not the pastel she's had over the years. :lol:

For Christmas a few years ago a friend of mine gave her brother and myself toilet paper with Obama on it which is odd, I'm not that anti-Obama, I certainly won't be voting for him but I'm no where near RTS or Mountain Ref Anti-Obama.

This whole thread is flooding me with a strange group of memories from the dark and dusty corners of my brain...and my grandma's bathroom.

I think the dyes caused infections.....My grandma's was green...EVERYTHING was green in her bathroom....It always smelled of Dove soap and moisterizer. My mom had to have pink....pink EVERYTHING....I hated pink back then and I do now as well...all because of that one big pink bathroom.....Boy, it has been a long time ago that they sold the paper with color.
