September 8, 201214 yr It kinda looks like a cougar ! But the markings of a Bob Cat . It would be nice to see one like that high up in a tree at full draw ! Let me ask , I hunt alot in NKY and got pictures of what looks like a bear cub in the dark. I'll try to post soon. Someone told me that Black Bears have moved up the Licking River towards the north. Any truth behind this ? I'm just not sure what this could be if not ???
September 8, 201214 yr I am heading out tonight for an evening bow hunt. Can't wait to get in the woods and relax.

Thought a lady hit a bear in Boone county a year or so ago. Didn't find the bear but had hair in her bumper and they DNA tested it.
September 9, 201214 yr I guess it's possible bears have moved that far north but not likely. And for the record the pic is a bobcat. There are not, I repeat, there are not cougars in Ky.

September 24, 201213 yr You have never been to the crossbow at the Drawbridge. Where all the "Cougars" hang out?
October 9, 201213 yr Been getting pics of this guy for a couple of months. Which Cuddeback do you have? I have the new Attack IR's and they are absolutely the best cameras I've ever had.
October 9, 201213 yr My youngest (13) completed the whole shebang on a doe by himself last week. He shot it, gutted it, dressed it and the whole nine yards by his lonesome. As goofy as it sounds, I'm proud of him. Not one phone call, not one issue at all. I guess he was paying attention. The venison is in the freezer and I didn't touch a thing, other than to inspect it after he was totally done.

I have the new Attack IR's and they are absolutely the best cameras I've ever had. It's not mine, my buddy that owns the farm the pic was taken has a couple of them. I think, THINK, it's a capture but not positive. It is not an IR but I think the next one he buys will be. I haven't had to buy one yet because he has several on his farm already. The farm we lease together I wouldn't put one on. Afraid it would grow legs. That buck was in the same spot as the bobcat if you couldn't tell. Got him on a couple of other cams as well.
