August 25, 201214 yr Leake does a nice job of getting out of a bases loaded, 1 out jam by allowing only 1 run on a Sac Fly. How many pitches has Leake thrown? With Holiday getting out there, Leake should have a chance at giving us 7 good innings hopefully before handing it over to the bullpen.

August 25, 201214 yr So Phillips is going back to leadoff when Votto is healthy? I know Cozart is not an ideal leadoff hitter, however he has seemed to get a little bit more comfortable there as of late. I would think about keeping him there and having Phillips bat 2nd in front of Votto.

He said that Dusty already plans on putting Phillips at leadoff once Votto is back. Which I mean I can see him doing that since he prefers Ludwick at cleanup. However I know I would keep Cozart there, and just have Phillips bat second then.

Interesting, that's how it should be Phillips then Cozart IMO.
August 25, 201214 yr How about Phillips then Cozart? It will be that, however I wouldnt. Cozart has played it for what seems like most of the season now, and really has seemed to get comfortable there. I wouldn't mess with moving him this year now.
