Stats: Holy Cross Football Live Box Score Stats

Try the link above. Click "Download" next to the HC-Dayton game to view the file. I apologize for the live stats not working until the half and end of the game. Still working out the kinks of the new software. Maybe we had a bad connection down at Holmes. I like the program, however.

Gabbard at a huge game in his first start. 3 TDs through the air and 1 TD on the ground. Pouncy and Beal are going to have big years. Pangallo found the end zone 3 times (2 catches and one fumble recovery run back for a TD).

For Dayton, Walker had his way running from the Wildcat formation. He is very quick, running for 109 yards, with a long of 70 and a TD early in the 3rd quarter. I was wondering why he saw limited action. The rest of the Dayton offense was very basic.

Holy Cross may have won by a big score, but they appear to have some holes defensively that need to be plugged, especially with 3 huge opponents on the horizon - Cooper, Conner, and Beechwood.

Did Mitchell Trail play? If so what position.

He did not paly, still waiting on clearance.

Walker may have the best year for the Greendevils as a runningback than anyone has done for quite a while.

Time for HC to remove Dayton from the schedule.

True that.

Yeah silly they would even play this game. Why would Kozerski play this game? Was anyone wondering what happened at the end. No crying here, but the qb slid at the 1. Then HC took delay of game and the proceeded to still punch it in? Just seemed like they were doing the right thing then went on to score. Again not saying they were running it up just curious why they did the first two things then decided to go ahead and score. Any insight from Holy Cross.

That was an accident my brother was playing on the line when the last score happened, he told me koz had told everyone not to score however for some reason the rb didn't get the message and ran it in.... He was corrected by the coaching staff on the sidelines after the play.... In his defense though it is a defenses job to stop an offense, not an offenses job to stop themselves for the the sake of a defense.
