August 4, 201214 yr If I have 3 or 4 aces I'll take my chances with them in the playoffs along with an average offense. That's a whole lot better than a good offense and one ace. I'm guessing most would agree I would take my chances that way too. I'm just saying the Phillies had a better result with 1 ace and an offense that was good than they have with multiple aces and an offense that was declining b/c they got older. The Rangers have been a mostly offensive lead team and I'd take my chances that battering the ball in the playoffs can work too. Hell just get there any way you can and you have a chance.

August 5, 201214 yr 3 aces and a bad offense did not serve them well last year in the playoffs and especially this season. Still need some hitting to win.
