The whole Blackmon saga is why I would never commit early. Why not enjoy the process?

Are there any other guys that Kentucky is actively looking at in the 2014 class other than Blackmon, Johnson, and Lyles?

I think they are interested in others, but those are the three they are most heavily involved with/have a legitimate shot at landing.

It's beyond weird. He decommits from IU and then sets up an ESPN announcement to recommit.

He committed too soon. I'd take ever visit I could, make all the coaches fight over me, and even if I knew from day one, I'd let it build. I don't find it weird really, I think he just enjoys the process and wanted to make sure.

So if current "leanings" hold true, Kentucky's 2014 class will be very small.

Ullis

Booker

Lyles

Towns

with Willis, Hawkins, and Lee returning.

I have to think Cal's looking at a couple other guys as well for depth purposes.

And he cut his IU visit short last weekend. It is weird.

That's pretty much what I'm thinking.

Maybe he just wanted to tell Crean in person he was recommitting? Like I said, I don't see anything weird with making 100% sure you were going where you wanted, and wanting to milk the process for what all it's worth. :idunno:

I think people find it weird that he is wanting to televise a recommitment. Just the overall way it's taken place is just odd but he can do what he wants.

This years class has spoiled you two.....:lol2:

Jerry Meyer has switched his pick from UK to Indiana.

At least Cal got some good news today, he hasn't fully clicked with this class for whatever the reason may be.
