When Bynum is fully healthy and on his game he is right up there with Howard. Problem is Bynum has been healthy for what, 1 season now? I do not trust his health. Though you could argue Howard's health is now in question with the back injury. D12 can get his numbers just by osmosis.

Even a healthy and engaged Bynum can't touch what Howard does on defense and that will be the main thing he bring that helps the Lakers IMO.

Is there a better place for Andrew Bynum to go than Cleveland? He can go there and never have to care about anything.

Actually I have never minded Dwight, I just think he is mentally fragile and likes to goof around. He reminds me somewhat of LeBron. I hope the flip switches like it did for LBJ for D12.

Because Bynum will not guarantee to signing an extension.

Dwight Howard has said that he won't sign an extension with anyone, that he will test free agency next year. The only way the Lakers were gonna make an offer to the Magic is if Howard agreed to sign an extension with them. Should be interesting to see if they still offer a trade to the Magic even tho he said he wouldn't do what the Lakers were wanting him to do

Lakers have stated that the only way they'd trade for Dwight is if he agreed to a long term extension. Dwight has said that he will not sign an extension with any team that he's traded too, including the Brooklyn Nets
