July 2, 201214 yr CovCathiRadio was apparently there, and from the sounds of things, he was left pretty disgusted by the mess the concert goers left on the streets and in the parking lots of Cincinnati. Sounds about right. I'm glad I "missed" this one.

July 2, 201214 yr Grace Potter & Kenny Chesney have a song together. I attended the concert. When I arrived, Tim McGraw was already on stage. I thought it was a great show and had a blast. The weather was great, aside from the 30-45 minute delay. Can't even complain about that because people were enjoying the rain and it really cooled everything off. I don't know if it was a sellout or not, but it was a really good crowd. I'd guess a little over 40,000 people attended, if not more.
July 2, 201214 yr I also saw two people (both female) fall in the street after the concert. I got a pretty good chuckle both times.

July 2, 201214 yr Last night was honestly one of the best nights of my life. We had bought the cheaper seats up in Section 308 and was just ready to enjoy the music. My really good girlfriend that I was with got a call from her cousin and she had two extra tickets on the floor. She knows how much I love Tim McGraw, so she asked me to go with her. All of our friends were pumped because they all knew how much it meant to me to be down that close for Tim McGraw We go down and are sitting in section D, Row 18 and I couldn't have been happier. It was perfect. In his second song, he came out to the part of the stage by us. I stood on my chair and held up my Pike lettered shirt (Tim McGraw was a Pike). He looked right at me, gave my a Pike symbol with his arms, pointed at me, and did it again. Seriously, one of the coolest things to ever happen to me. Anyone whose Greek would probably appreciate what that meant to me more. Even better, my lady friend has it all on video. What a night...so happy! Total bucket list item checked off. A night/moment that I will never forget.

It was the largest crowd to attend a concert at the 12-year-old stadium. July 3, 201214 yr I saw Grace Potter (and the Nocturnals) at Lollapalooza last year, and she was one of the highlights of my weekend.... For multiple reasons.
