Kinda neat. The guy is clearly nuts. Going to do the grand canyon next.

Heard they had to put the harness on him because the stations carrying it insisted so they could sell it as a family show. Didn't want the under 18 crowd seeing what could happen if you try this on your own. Guess they are learning lessons from that "Jack ***" Show.

I can't blame him, but I lost a lot of interest when I realize he had the tether attached to him.

 

Seem awkward that he was continually praying and then called himself two different names starting with jack.

The harness didn't really take anything away. One, there's no guarantee it works. Two, it would still be shocking to see the guy fall off the 2-inch wire.

 

Who comes to get him? That would be great TV in itself.

I agree on the harness, it took nothing away for me as I admired the act watching on TV...I read an article that said nobody was even sure if the harness would work and it had not been tested at all under those conditions...Unless the harness helped guide him and keep in on the wire which it didn't then I don't think the harness should even be talked about, he obviously didn't need it and didn't use it...It's still a very amazing accomplishment even with a harness, it takes nothing away from the act for me and I have no problem with him wearing one just in case...I mean the guy has a family and all, I hope he wears a harness again when he walks the Grand Canyon...

I wondered the same. I assume a helicopter but that would be even better than the show itself.
