Apple unveils IOS 6 update, massive updates included

Good, google maps sucks on the IPhone when using it as a GPS.

Looking forward to it. I'll restore my phone back to the backup to check out this update.

God I love my iPhone...nothing better than golfing using my GolfShot GPS while listening to either Sirius, Spotify or Pandora

Does anyone have any experience installing Siri on the iPhone 4? I know it's been hacked but am very leery of doing it and fouling up my phone

Still glad I do not have the 4S. The narcissistic commercials with the actors make me even more happy because she absolutely sucks. Here is me using Siri on my wife's phone:

"Siri, find me an Italian restaurant...."

*ding *ding *

"Timothy Adams. Mobile or Work?"

"No, find me an Italian Restaurant..."

*ding * ding *

"Here are you results for movie theaters in the area."

^ Agreed, she is pretty much worthless. I have used Siri like 10 times and 9 of those were the first 2 days I had it.

EXTREMELY glad I saved the money and bout a 4 over the 4S. Had a strong feeling Siri wasn't going to be a feature I'd use.
OVer 200 features included.

* FaceTime over 3G network instead of just wifi

* Google Maps replaced by new map system

* Updated Siri controls

* Facebook integration with almost everything.

Can't wait

...I'd probably start with making the damn app work. Buggiest app there is by a landslide.

It's a neat little thing to have but usually I can find what I am asking her just as fast.

Siri works great for me when it comes to sending texts while driving. Keeps my eyes on the road.

I don't use it for anything else.

I actually hate Siri. When I need her help the most (driving in the rain or something) she never comes through in the clutch. She works well for finding strip clubs, that's about it.

They have had voice activated texting for sometime. Well before Siri and her dumbness.

Didn't know that. I also use it to post on BGP while driving.
