We have seven openings for the league this year.

We will take applications until 8 PM CST Friday (the 8th).

 

Applicants will be chosen by a committee of the guru, myself, and three league members.

To quote our two time league champion:

This is not a yahoo league where in some cases you can set your lineup for the year and forget about it. How boring is that?

 

If you can't be an active(weekly/daily) participant and stay up to date on transactions and trade offers and defending your team's good name, then I would suggest another league might be better for you."

I'd love to be considered. I regularly participate in fantasy football threads, giving and taking advice. I came in the money of 3/3 leagues last year, 1st place in 2/3. I eat, breath, and live fantasy football. By acceptance into the league, you also accept losing.

If possible, I would like to be up for consideration. I know that I applied last year and was denied because of lack of # of posts, but I am more of an active reader of BGP, than one that posts frequently. Would love to join the league however, typically involved in three or four leagues a year.

I think the most important thing is if you are accepted into the league you HAVE to follow it through for the whole year and put the proper effort into it even if your team is out of contention.

That's one thing I love about this league compared to others. Even if you're out of contention there is still a lot to play for to make sure you are kept for the following year. Great league!
