July 14, 201214 yr Author No one likes that course  I still haven't played it yet, figure I probably will in the next couple of months.
July 14, 201214 yr When you're looking online how can you tell all of the variables of the club that you're looking for or are you just looking at the actual club. Well most that I look like are the same. There are different lofts, club size, etc. I just compared length to what I have now and the loft I looked up online to compare what was better and more consistent.
July 14, 201214 yr I'm just now getting back into it. I found out about the club online but I watched some YouTube videos on it and really liked it. Well I don't want to invest a lot of money into any clubs right now so I went on EBay. Found a great deal on a Nike Str8-Fit driver and the rest is history. I just got back into it as well...I have always had just box set clubs that were pretty generic but when I seen the Str8-fit on sale at Dunhams for $85 and it was their last one I couldn't pass it up because I had been wanting to get back into the game...I couldn't believe the price but I think it's a year or two old of a model but it's brand new, it was a $400 club when it was first released...I'm very happy with it and I purchased a set of Nickent Hybrids and Irons at Dicks for only $150 which was a deal...I liked the Hybrids because they have the Voodoo shafts that match the Voodoo shaft on the Str8-fit perfectly...
July 14, 201214 yr See I wish I knew more about golf clubs. I would love to look for new clubs especially my wedges and maybe a 3 wood or 2 iron but I just don't know hardly any thing about them or where to even learn that type of info. About a month ago someone on here directed me to golfwrx.com for more info on clubs...It is a very nice forum and I learned pretty much by reading through different threads over there...I dont know if you live in NKY but Dunhams has some really good prices on golf clubs that's where I purchased my Nike Str8-fit Driver brand new for $85...As far as Iron's go I bought the Nickent 6Dx Iron/Hybrid set at Dicks for only $150 and they are sweet, the Hybrids have Voodoo shafts which are the same shaft that's on my Nike Str8-fit...Dicks in Florence sold me the floor models for $150 they were originally $599 but Dicks is getting in the newer models I believe and trying to get rid of them, check around and see if there are any more floor models at other Dicks ...The Hybrids are said to be comparable if not better to the Callaway Diablo Edge Hybrids...

How do you like the Str8-fit driver? I love it so far. You wouldn't think a square headed driver would be that great but it seems to make better contact than regular drivers. The sound makes it seem like you crush the ball every hit. I got a year older model as well but it works great.
