April 18, 201214 yr BP gets a sac bunt down Reds win in 9. How so? I don't think Valdez would have scored from 2nd on Cozart's hit.
April 18, 201214 yr All I'll ask from the Reds from here on out is this: if you're going to lose, just do it in the first 5 innings and lose big. Don't make me sit there in agony as you barely hold on to a game and ALMOST win game after game after game. Enough of these extra inning heartbreakers. Make it decisive for me, please.

April 18, 201214 yr Medi could but not Valdez? If runners were on 2nd & 3rd, it'd be a different situation. I honestly thought Mesoraco would have been thrown out by 10 feet had Beltran not bobbled the ball.

April 18, 201214 yr If BP gets the bunt down they would have been 2nd and 3rd. Right. I'm still not sure that Valdez would've scored but it's definitely possible. Valdez's baserunning was very disappointing.
