Homemade Vegetable Beef 1lb ground chuck 2 qts tomatoes or 3 cans diced tomatoes 2 16 oz glasses of water I bag frozen mixed vegetables 4 large chopped potatoes 4 stalks chopped celery 1/4 bag miniature chopped carrots 1/4 head of chopped cabbage 2 chopped onions Brown ground chuck in skillet then pour off any grease Put all ingredients in a large pot Turn on med high til it starts to boil then turn down a notch It should still be boiling but not as vigorous Stir every 15-20 min after 2 hours turn down another notch It should be ready to eat! 2 things to remember 1.
