Yeah it was a exciting and very physical game. After the coaches T GC woke up. The other one looked like 1 ref waved a player in as the other threw it in. But couldn't tell from the stands. I think the t's cost 2 points but Turnovers at the end and not getting stops hurt.

I agree. I'm just saying sometimes you go through growing pains at first losing close ones but they will keep getting better.

I think everyone has thought WV has good young talent and will be good in the future. The question is when? SOmetimes young teams start by competing well only to lose at the end of the game. Sometimes it takes a year or less to get over the hump.

I would think Carroll would be the favorite. Lost Girdy but return 5 players that have started. So far I would say Carroll has looked the best. The rest you could draw from a hat. I agree Owen is a factor with homecourt advantage. Gallatin and Williamstown return about everyone but coming of 10 and 6 win seasons. Gallatin has senior guards but the rest are young. Walton has young talent but it will take time. Just seems like it is wide open with Carroll a little ahead at this point, but it's early.

They had some close games this summer. May be a close one

A. Jones did not play for GC. THought TRimble shot the lights out. Difference was TC was 18 off 22 from the line and gc 3 of 10.

Not only will Gallatin be missing 2 starters but 6th man Huddleston was sick last night and may be unavailable tonight. Those two starters were also there 2 hottest players the last 4 games.

You have to pick your poison. Either play Ballinger straight up and let her dominate or sag in on her and take a chance on Carroll getting hot form the 3, which they were. There pressure is tough to play against.
