Every game they have played has come down to the wire and that is with one of the top players seeing limited time due to football injuries. This team has several good fresh, soph, Juniors and Seniors and gave GC all they could handle..as well as Owen and Henry. Let Yager work with them and by the end of the season these will turn to wins. Nice first post Doggy..

Good game tonight at Henry..Henry kept scrapping back! Devine and Osborne with 15 each Curry with 13. Not sure of scoring for Henry. A lot of 3's all around though!

I think this is a good list except I think that Shelby is too high. JMO but WV, CC and Owen are better teams than Shelby right now.

The first half was more of the same from the night before..we were down at the half. I am not sure what Coach Mefford said to them but they came out at the half a different team and they all played very well. Subs did well also so that was a pick up.

Devine did have an off night shooting...however I am not sure it was due to Gayheart. THere is no excuse ..Carroll did not play their best and lost. However, they will meet several more times so they will all have another chance. For what it is worth I do not think Owen played their best either.. I have watched them several times this year and both teams seems to not have their best nights. I would like to see both teams at their best. I think it would be a great game.

Good to see the Panthers come out inspired. Looked 100% better tonight after the 1st half. Good win for the Lady Panthers. Southwestern has a really nice team and can shoot the ball very well. :dancingpa

On another note Carroll played the worst that I have seen this year. The team seemed slow and tired. The fact that it was that close was amazing. Really did not think either team looked as good as they can. Good Win for Owen though..Congrats

When you lose 3 seniors that are a large part of the scoring it takes the team a while to adjust. Just as they were making the transition a player got hurt. GC will improve as the year goes on. These early loses may turn into wins at the end of the year.

Actually Carroll came back from large deficits twice and took the lead. It was a great game and the CC boys have a lot of heart. As they play together more this year they will only improve. Owen has a nice team and are well-balanced..these 2 teams will meet again many times this year.. Congrats on the win Owen Co.

Since it is at GC I am going with the Gallatin Co. girls. This is going to be a close tough game though. Gallatin's young guards are going to have to go up against some of the more experienced guards in the 31st.
