Do you know how the LIT is seeded? Male beat Butler but is seeded #7. The only team in the Top 20 that they’ve beaten is Henry Clay, but they also have a loss to Henry Clay. I don’t see anything that leads me to believe that they deserve to be ranked above the other Louisville teams that are ranked.

Just for transparency, I am not on the ranking committee. However, I think that it is just what you said - strength of schedule. They need more than just the win against a number 17 team. That’s not to say they aren’t having a great season. If they keep up that momentum, maybe they will find their way into the rankings.

The KHSAA (Kentucky High School Athletic Association) relies on the schools to report their own stats, which usually means the coach or his/her designee.

Make sure all players see time on the floor, including a second half that includes significant time for your third string and I have no problem with this. Why have a game if you are not going to play?

If Harrison never touched her and didn't say anything (too bad) then it sounds like she was certainly unfairly ejected and suspended.

"Never once put her hands back on the girl...." Can you clarify that? Did she ever put her hands on the other girl? The other girl did the shoving?

She was ejected for BEING shoved? That doesn't sound right.

We do rankings all season long in football, boys basketball and girls basketball and have done so for years. They aren't results. They are opinions of people that watch and know a lot about basketball (or football, in that case.)

I can absolutely discount Johnny Poynter as having applied for this job. I talked to him personally and he is very happy where he is at. Rumors are often just people talking about what "could be" without any actual evidence to back it up. That's the case with this one.
