Great game!! Could not ask for a better game!! Have never seen that many people at Rebel stadium since.. Won’t go there! Of coarse, both teams are to be congratulated. A total defensive game!! That is what wins chamionships. I was crying tears of joy for Boyle and on the other hand felt sorry for Bell Co., as a parent. Hate to see someone lose in this type of game. But, I am beyond thrilled we won!!!!! Boyle, bring it home!!!!!!!!

Amen!! You never show up to a game thinking it is a sure win. If that were the case, we would have won against Mercer 2 and 3 years ago. Because, IMO, we were the better team and did not win. Sorry to bring up the past. But I did to help make my point. I will say this against any team we play this year. Do not bash me for that comment. I will not reply. But there was no doubt in my mind we should have won those 2 games. Because in my opinion, we were a better team and I still think we were but lost. That is only my opinion. Do I think Boyle will and should win this Friday, yes.

Maybe it is not. I hope it is not. I know Coach French likes to play several players. So, maybe I need to re-think that.

IMO, that is too many "players". Too many for coaches to work with, around.

I could go on and on here. It depends on what the definition of a "great" coach is. In my personal opinion both Bobby and Travis have what it takes to be great coaches because obviously they have been great football players plus they both have character and know how to build character and more. Which will for most players take them further than the NFL. Meaning, they are the type of players/coaches that can have an impact on a child's life on and off the field. Obviously, I am a Boyle parent. I would love to have both of them at Boyle. But at this time that is not happening. Even though Bobby has been at LC, he has had a great impact on my son as a Boyle football player off the field this past year. What Bobby did for my son, he will carry with him for the rest of his life. Bobby and Travis both are this way. They care about kids and are / or will be more than a coach. I am sure LC will be grateful to have a coach like him and I am sure they are!! Travis is the same way. Travis going to LC (if it is true) will be a great addition to LC football or any other school. He can be the kind of coach I want for my son. Good luck!

As a Boyle fan, Ben Slone, he was awsome! Plus, the entire Senior class. They stuck together for years and it showed this year. All of them are amazing kids.

This is a deep question. I will list just a few things I think without writing a novel. Not in any particular order Players mentality. A good coach (and staff) Players loving the coach. Players love of the game. Parent support.
