I believe Highlands does have their coach. Everyone is seeing how broke the system was. It takes time. Like I said in the past post, maybe couple years to clean up the mess.

Finally someone from Highlands hit someone this year!!!!!!!

Trust me when I say this, the Highlands fans are good. At least the ones I know. You are right with the talent comment. It's there. Unfortunately bad habits are hard to break. Its going to take that 2 years like you said. The fans that know, know. Sure, would love to have a better record at this point, but I see progress as well as a lot of others. Like I said, agree 2 years to get rid of the bad habits!

I can’t imagine they got a whole lot out of this game other than a W in the win column. Cam Bottom got some quality varsity time so that’s a positive. Would love to see Bottom at QB, Noon in the back field, and Benke at receiver. That could be an interesting triple threat. Did see some others that have been “hurt” playing tonight as well. Now time to get ready for next week.

Boones band does a nice job. Not a huge halftime listener but did tonight. Good job!

14-0 at the half. I would venture to say Boone has less than 50 total yards offense and close to 100 in penalties. Sure look like they have some nice athletes as they walked by to the locker room. Highlands has played about average. Benke and Bottoms are at QB. Noon dressed on sidelines. Just heard he is hurt so guess resting him. This is a game where Highlands should be working on things for next week. See what the 2nd half brings us.

Well there you have it then. I stand corrected. I’ll let them know at the local Ft Mitchell pub that they told me wrong! Just sayin!

From what I gather is the last interception in end zone, Dixie player came out of end zone as to return it and keep playing, whether he was intending to do that or not, he did and then proceeded to let ball go causing a fumble and live ball. Which in turn Dixie coach saw happening and smartly grabbed ball to keep Highlands players from recovering. Kinda of Beechwood-esque when Greg Hergott threw ball up before being dead in State game and stealing one for Murray (I think). And the refs....... Tires on the Bird bus can’t handle many more bumps lol.

Oh and how bout Ryle’s kicker. She did an excellent job!!!

Shout out to Ryle on a great game played. The did dominate from the beginning. All aspects. I still like the direction Highlands is moving. Just a bump in the road. Kids/coaches have to learn from this one and get better. Especially at tackling. Lol!
