All those games have different reasons why they were dropped, many were not based on a basketball or financial stand point.

An official that takes over the game thinks how to get more attention directs toward themself, as the wrong idea. You know a referee is doing their job, when you don't notice them while watching a game. Therefore, they are allowing the kids to win or lose the game.

It does suck. There are many schools (administration) that only allow one sport to have success. Administration and coaches can say kids can play more than one sport. The adminstration and coaches can make it very hard for an athlete to concentrate on each sport fairly. Making the athlete to chose one sport over the other in the end. Baseball, soccer, track, cross country, tennis, etc. could benefit having other athletes involve. It will also give the athlete advantages. For example, lifting weights playing football and then playing baseball or basketball. Or tennis could help a post player with footwork.

Greenup Co. and Elliott Co. are much better teams in the region than the popular opinion is. However, they both should be listed above Ashland, even though the region is competively deep. 1. Russell 2. Rose Hill 3. Greenup Co. 4. Boyd Co. 5. Elliott Co. 6. Ashland

Depends on the quality of the opponent, has the opponent taken out their starters. The team can get better if they don't trap ball screens. You don't want to embarass the other team, you might be on the other end next time

If Greenup's Juniors and Sophomores return they will have a good ball club. Top 5 is up for grabs. Once again, there is so much parity in the 16th Region.
