The best thing about the Park Drive-In was the screen faced the road and we would park along side the road and watch the movie and you could hear the sound from the road. Especially when they ran movies such as "The Swinging Stewardesses" and "Naughty Nurses."

I don't see the old 38th District being put back together, especially if Montgomery and Clark were to be re-aligned in the future, though it has been talked about adding some schools from the 9th Region to the 10th Region.

I was just 3 or 4 and my parents loaded up me and sis and we went to go see Zero Mostel in " It Happeened One Night at the Forum" or something like that at the old Park Drive-In on Fleming Road.

There has been rumblings and vague rumors of Clark Co. going to the 11th Region because of population and the close proximity to Lexington and Montgomery Co. moving to the 16th. Fleming Co. wants back in the 10th and presumably 39th District. This wouldn't happen before 2011 or 2012 season though.

You left out Nicholas Co. in the 40th. Though I could see your alignment with the exception of Lewis (remains in the 16th) and moving Nicholas to the 39th.

If he would just get rid of that Texas stubborness play some zone press, and half court zone, stretch the opponents offense out some, use Liggins, Miller, Galloway, Stewart on the wings and let their long arms and quickness get some turnovers I would think you would see at least 4 or 5 more wins this season and the younger players having more confidence. You know this really isn't rocket science, you have to be able to have an open mind, be able to change your believes based on the players you have or are getting. You just can't brow beat man-to-man on these boys and expect them to be robots. BCG will get at least one more year, but if Stewart or Liggins or both decide they have had enough of BCG then Barnhart has some tough decision making to do.

Mason Co. is young but Coach Fraysure works well them. If the adminstration put as much effort into softball as they do basketball you would see better results. The Greenhill girl who pitches is a freshman, has been playing varsity since the 7th grade and if she continues to develop and doesn't get injured will be pretty good as a junior and senior.
