Final from Daytona Beach,Royals move on to the championship game tomm.Royals domintae from the start in this one.UFCA has two 7'0 guys and a 6'10 guy also.Danny weddle said they had at least 4 divivsion 1 prospects on this team also.Congrats Royals and goodluck tomm.

United Faith Christian Academy is not a member of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association and if I'm not mistaken, per KHSAA rules, schools from Kentucky may only play against schools in their state association. I may have read the rules wrong but the NCHSAA is the main state association not the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association like United Faith is.

Very solid Defense effort by the whole team.

 

Russ M had another great game with around 26 or 28 points.

Barner is the key to this whole team. He had a great game again with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Downing played great D on a player that was going to Florida State held him tom something like 8 points.

Still this team is very good they are like the #1 1A Team or something and went like 33-3 last year.

WOW!!!! Mason County plays their best game of the year. Russ Middleton hits two three's out of the gate scoring 12 points in the first quarter and giving the Royals a 23 - 8 lead at the end of the first QTR. Neal Pawsat had a monster dunk on a break away and from that point on it was our game. Phil Barner flat out played a great all around game. UFCA just flat quit in the fourth QTR as our defense pressure was relentless. Finals at 4:45 tomorrow between Louisville Southern and Winton Woods, Cincinnati. PS. Great Weather on the beach!!!!!!!!!!! :ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:

Mason Co does not have the team they had last year and if you think they are still state champion material you are living in the past.:lol:

Unless they have changed something in Kentucky, Mason is still State Champions until we someone in March snatches that crown and trophy out of our tight little hands. Also, at least we do have a past to live on!!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana:
