Yes, I noticed that also. Looked to me like alot of energy was used on offensive end and not much effort on defensive end. He liked to release early alot also.

Lowe was by far best player on the floor tonight. Very impressive.

Slusher is no doubt D-1. Breeding is probably suited for Eastern or maybe Western or Georgetown.

How many players are playing basketball? No more than 3 I'm guessing. Could be a long season. :cry:

I feel that way about Middlesboro. Always have some good players, but not great. A team that is usually ranked as high as them, and talked about as much as them, would be better. IMO, as many as 5 teams could win region. They always lose games to inferior opponents. Hard team to figure out. :confused:

While these teams are pretty solid, Corbin probably more than Middlesboro, it could be a year where someone could slip in.

Everybody gets a kick out of reading about Middlesboro baseball. By looking at the post, a person might think they are a powerhouse. They are not!! They are the classic underachievers. Trust me, middle of the region team.

Who votes on this? Does each coach nominate their own players? I hope this is not the case because, without naming names, something is very strange about this!!! :confused: :confused:

It could happen. Hazard matches up pretty well with North. Hicks can more than hold his own with Allen.

In most polls, Harlan is ranked ahead of North. Look at BGP preview by Les.

I could be wrong, but I have a feeling one team might get a rude welcome to the WYMT Mountain Classic!!

IMO, alot of Middlesboro's players are over-hyped. Very solid players that underachieve most of the time. They will probably be about 4-7 in 13th region.

Looks like Leslie vs Paintsville/Harlan in finals.

Bell Co should be improved. Greer is learning and getting better every year. Clay finished last season with 10-12 kids. Could be a long long year.

Is a nice player but did not play enough games to merit consideration. Alot of well deserving kids on list and alot of :eek:

The KHSAA website said Lewis led 3A in passing yards this season and 2nd in state (regular season stats). Ammons was 3rd in 3A and 5th overall. He also had 35 TD passes. Two pretty good players returning.

Most people could care less with all the private schools playing. They better watch who they invite down!! :laugh: :laugh: J/K

How did Burke get away from the Wildcats? He is better than the two QB's they have now. Should be starting for KY next season. Way to go Rich and Joker!!

This is going to be a very tough district for years to come. Better get to work teams if you want to be part of the show!!
