He seems to do more with less than any other coach. Since it's him I'm sure it will blown out of proportion. I too would not have a problem with my son playing for him.
If you're an established program I think you schedule as tough as you can. That may be a little more difficult on the class A level as you normally have more players going both ways. You don't want to get to beat up,so it's a fine line.
Unlike our game against Danville sounds like you all had a great one. Congratulations to both teams on a great season. Good luck this week Raceland. I picked you in the king of the carpet contest. Please don't let me down I need the points.
In my mind to trully compare them how would they be if they switched teams? One playing behind the others line and with their recievers. Would UK be better with Brohm at QB ,and would UL be better with Woodson?
Look for this to be a very good game. Bethlehem obviously contained Bardstown speed , so they have a defensive game plan to deal with that. As is in most games at this level turnovers and special teams will play a big part. I have to give the edge to Danville on their home field 21-14.
I was busy all day yesterday and no computer. Congratulations to Danville on a great game plan and on the players executing. Good luck and bring our district back another state championship. Tall Trees it's sad when you have to root for another team to beat somebody you couldn't. Gotta go adjust my fantasy teams.
I assuming that with a 10-0 season and homefield through out the playoffs on the line that Danville came into Frankfort the first time not focused. I've read the Danville paper where we're going to crushed tonight, and Danville has come from behind to beat two teams better than us this year, maybe we should just forfeit.
 Oldone is from one of our rival schools and seems to be the only one on here saying Danville laid down. Must be trying to give Danville some bulletin board material.Everyone from FHS expects Danville to come in fully prepared.
I believe Mercer wins this game, but putting them straight in the state championship as most Mercer fans are doing seems a little premature. They've only played three teams with winning records and their opponents record is 38-58. I think they'll be meeting a little stiffer competition in the next several weeks.
Isn't it amazing how we stereotype. I was in agreement with one of the posts, wasn't surprised it happened to a Miami player, then you read what a good kid he was. Very sad day for the family, team, and university to lose a quality person.
I would have to agree. I've been there several times to scout and was surprised at the lack of a crowd. I think most of your fans are spoiled and just turn out for the big games.:thumb:
