I can tell you it was an ankle roll but no, it was the high ankle sprain. He is to get rid of the boot in a day or so. The original time frame for being out was 2-4 weeks. he injured it on Feb. 1. Sad way to end a high school career if he is unable to come back.

No reason to be down with the result of this game if you're a PC fan. The absence of Antrobus in the post was huge. Even Randy Parker understood that. Both teams need to defend the three better. Any team that has to foul CC late in the game is in deep trouble as they hit free throws . Great high school game and atmosphere! On another note, great to watch the game with Randy Parker; just wish I didn't have to explain every facet of the game to him.

Meanwhile back to the game, Mason Rusch from Calvary is a fine young player. He is perhaps the best kept secret in the tenth region. He shredded the PC defense time and again and it mattered not what defense was being played. He will be a joy to watch the next two years. The coolest part of Cody Sullivan's record breaking performance was how hard his teammates worked setting screens to free him for #10. Plus his teammates on the bench were going wild. I love this group of Wildcats. They wear that "County Pride" t-shirt well.

They have also played Scott with Campbell County and Paris coming up. The schedule is fine.

Oh yes! Coach Kendall got one and there was a double foul where one player was literally thrown to the floor. The officials had a bad night and I don't generally criticize them., but there were several debatable block/charge calls. The worst was when a PC players wiped out two Thorobreds on one play and a blocking call was called on HC. The PC player was making himself space after a rebound and knocked them down like bowling pins. It was laughable. Pc won the game from the line. Allen was 14 of 18.

A slug fest in the second half, very intense and great atmosphere. Three from PC in double figures led by Allen with 32 and Walsh with 17. Free from HC had 23 I believe.

Great game by Dontaie! Just not the offensive output we are used to from him. Frankly, he has us spoiled. It's pretty hard to score when you have two or three opponents hounding you and Dontaie always knows where his teammates are. Had some very nice assists.
